Arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport late this evening. Welcome to India! Creative’s airport representative will meet you at the airport as soon as you come out from the main hall after clearing all formalities of Customs & Immigration. Special welcome awaits you at the airport. Later transfer by an air conditioned Car to the Hotel for check in & overnight stay. DAY 02: IN DELHI
Morning, after breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a full day city tour of Old & New Delhi. New Delhi - was designed and built by the British in the 1920's - it's a city of wide boulevards impressive Government buildings, green parks and gardens. In 1911 King George V announced the transfer of the capital from Calcutta to Delhi. The King's architects, Lutyens and Baker, set in motion the Design and construction of Delhi's eight city - New Delhi. Lutyens designed an "Imperial City" having palatial sized buildings set amid broad tree-lined avenues punctuated by Mughal style gardens, complete with fountains and shallow pools. It took 20 years to complete this immense undertaking only to have the British pack up and relinquish the subcontinent in 1947. Later return back to the Hotel for an overnight stay. DAY 03: DELHI – JAIPUR
Breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Jaipur (approx. 4 & half hour drive). Arrive Jaipur and check into the hotel. Rest evening is free to relax in the Hotel. Overnight Known as the “Pink City”, Jaipur is the capital of the colourful state of Rajasthan. It has the distinction of being a well planned and laid out city. As you drive through the old part of town, you will witness a life most unlike others. Witness how the city blooms during the day in a kaleidoscope of colour and sound. DAY 04: IN JAIPUR

After breakfast depart the hotel for a half-day excursion to Amber Fort. 11 Kms. from Jaipur, Amber Fort is a marvellous example of Rajput architecture with its terraces and ramparts reflected in the Maota Lake below. Go up to the fort on the back of a gaily-caparisoned elephant true to the style of the Maharajas of the past. The interior of the fort has various royal halls decorated with intricate ivory, mirror and glass work complemented by exquisite wall paintings. As you move between the rooms of this magnificent structure, feel the history and visualise the pomp and grandeur of a kingdom never conquered.
Enjoy lunch at a city restaurant or at your hotel (not included). After lunch venture back into the city, this time on a city tour. This afternoon you will visit the City Palace Museum where you can see an imposing blend of traditional Rajasthani and Mughal Art. The museum is resplendent with its collection of robes of royal princes, carpets, an armoury of old weapons, miniature paintings portraying court scenes, battle scenes and processions. Also visit the awe inspiring Jantar Mantar (an accurate observatory built in 1726 AD). Also included is a photo visit at the Hawa Mahal Return to the hotel for an overnight.
DAY 05: JAIPUR – JODHPUR (Fly: IT 1100/1200 hrs)
Breakfast is at the hotel. After breakfast transfer to the airport to board flight for Jodhpur at 11:00 hrs. Met upon arrival at the airport, transfer to the hotel for check in. This afternoon is free for independent activities. Overnight is at the hotel. DAY 06: IN JODHPUR
Breakfast is at the hotel. After breakfast proceed for a half day city tour of Jodhpur. Jodhpur was the home of the Rathore rulers - the princely State of Rajasthan. A high 10 km. long stone wall protects the well fortified city. Within stands an imposing Fort on a low range of sandstone hills, about 125 mtrs above the surrounding plains. Visit Mehrangarh Fort - founded in 1459 A D by Rao Jodha (after whom the city is named). The Fort is intricately adorned with long carved panels and latticed windows of exquisite designs in red sandstone. Also visit Jaswant Thada - an imposing white marble cenotaph built to commemorate the acts of bravery and generosity of the rulers in 19th century. Also visit Mandore Gardens the ancient capital of Marwar 8 kilometres from Jodhpur was abandoned for strategic reasons. At the foot of the hills amidst gardens, commemorative cenotaphs line the silent city. A shrine reputedly of 300 million gods contains the life size statues of local deities and heroes. Also included is a visit to the local market to see the hustle bustle of everyday Jodhpur life. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay. DAY 07: JODHPUR – UDAIPUR ( Fly: IT 1320 / 1410 hrs)
Breakfast is at the hotel. Later in time transfer to the airport to board flight for Udaipur. Met upon arrival at the Udaipur airport and transfer to the hotel for check in. This afternoon take a boat cruise on the serene and beautiful Lake Pichola. The island palace on the lake called Jagmandir Palace is quite fascinating. The banks of the lake provided interesting glimpses of the daily bathing and laundry that takes place here. Looking across the lake, with the city and its great palace rising up behind the island palace, is a scene of rare beauty. You will also have time to spend in the bustling market that sprawls behind the City Palace Complex. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay. DAY 08: IN UDAIPUR
This morning, after breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of this "Lake City". Udaipur is a cool oasis in the dry heart of Rajasthan. It is probably the most romantic city in a state where every city has some romantic or exotic tale to tell. The huge City Palace, towering over the Lake Pichola is the largest palace complex in Rajasthan. Though it is a conglomeration of buildings built by successive rulers, it manages to retain a surprising uniformity of design and affords fine views of the lake and the city from upper terraces. This afternoon is free to explore the market on your own. Overnight is at the hotel.
DAY 09: UDAIPUR – MUMBAI (Fly: 0820 / 0935 hrs)
Enjoy early morning tea/coffee at the hotel. Later in time transfer to the airport to airport to board flight for Mumbai. Met upon arrival in Mumbai airport and transfer to the hotel for check in. Mumbai is the capital of Maharashtra and the economic powerhouse of India and is the fastest moving, most affluent and most industrialised city in India. Mumbai is an island connected by bridges to the mainland. Low, swampy areas indicate where it was once divided into several islands. The principal part of the city is concentrated at the southern end of the island. Your afternoon tour includes a visit to the Gateway of India -erected to commemorate the landing of King George V and Queen Mary in 1911; the collection of Indian painting and sculpture at the Prince of Wales Museum, Jehangir Art Gallery, Marine Drive, Chowpatty Beach, the Meticulously Hanging Gardens of Malabar Hill and the Crawford Market. Overnight is at the Hotel. DAY 10: IN MUMBAI
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast proceed for a half day excursion to Elephanta Island cruise. Begin with a morning cruise to Elephanta Island, where you will see a 8th-century shrine cut from the hillside. Among the sculptures is the magnificent "Maheshmurti," or Hindu Trinity, representing the three aspects of Shiva the Creator, the Preserver and the Destroyer. These caves provide an exciting glimpse of Indian sculpture dating from about 600 A.D. Huge panels depict episodes relating to Lord Shiva, each executed with power, grace and an amazing sense of movement. Return to the hotel later in the afternoon. Evening is free for last minutes shopping etc. Overnight is at the hotel. DAY 11: DEPART MUMBAI
Early / late this morning in time transfer to the airport to board flight for onwards destination. Tour ends.
