Departure day:      Daily, year round for minimum 2 persons.
Learn the basics of Thai cuisine, its ingredients and method of preparation and cooking, in a relaxed informal setting. The course includes instruction, demonstration and practical cooking experience for the participants.

Day 1 Bangkok/Surat Thani
Late   afternoon transfer from major hotel in downtown area to the railway station for the overnight train to Surat Thani

Day 2 Surat Thani / Phuket
Arrive Surat Thani early in the morning then connect by local bus to Phuket.   Arrive Phuket bus station then make your own transfer to hotel accommodation.
Overnight.

Day 3-5 Phuket
After breakfast, transfer to the cooking school.
Each course has been designed as a one-day course. You are able to select one or all of the courses you are particularly interested in. Courses are suitably arranged to accommodate not only meat lovers but also vegetarians with a substitution of mock meats and fresh vegetables. The lessons have a warm and easy-going atmosphere of Thai hospitality, breathtaking scenery of the mountains and miles of sandy white beach on Siray Island.
Transfer back to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 6 Phuket
Your Terminates after breakfast.

1. On acceptance – £200 per person, Acceptance Payment/Deposit (non refundable) by cheque payable to “S W & M Miller”.

Your Contract for all tour arrangements is directly with our Associate Company in Thailand, ETC, Bangkok,  to whom payment for the tour is made.

2. Eight weeks prior to arrival in Thailand or on Acceptance – 50% payable in US $, by Credit Card or International Bank Transfer, direct to ETC, Bangkok.

3. On arrival in Thailand – The balance of 50% payable, in US $, by Credit Card or Cash.

Cancellation Charges

35 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of US$200 per person will be applicable.
30 days notice of cancellation a fee of 25% of the total amount will be applicable.
25 days notice of cancellation a fee of 50% of the total amount will be applicable
Less than 25 days notice incurs the full amount.
Acceptance Payment non refundable

• Transportation and transfers by air-conditioned minibus or pick up truck.
• 2nd class train with air-conditioned sleeping berth from Bangkok to Surat Thani.
• Local bus from Surat Thani to Phuket.
• Accommodation in shared twin-bedded room, with breakfast.
• Lunch on day 3-5
• English-speaking instructor.
